Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist with a deep understanding of candidate sourcing techniques across multiple recruiting platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, and other methods to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screen resumes, and assess qualifications to ensure a strong fit with job requirements.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sourcing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the sourcing process.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics, including candidate pipeline status, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to expand candidate reach.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, with a focus on using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and social media recruitment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies is a plus.
  • Construction industry experience is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software.
