Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement customized pest control plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including treating pests, weeds, and lawn fertilization, as well as providing educational services to customers on pest prevention and control.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, treatment plans, and sales data.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; pesticide license preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
