Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Protect the customer experience in all areas, help achieve clienteling and data capture goals, and ensure daily monitoring and execution of sales.
  • People: Support management team with training new associates, supervise sales floor, and develop sales associates as necessary.
  • Operational Standards: Responsible for all opening/closing procedures, ensure strict compliance with policies and procedures, and assist with inventory preparations.
  • Visual Presentation/Store Maintenance: Actively participate in merchandising activities, maintain sales floor standards, and be knowledgeable of the store's merchandise and layout.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management/project skills
  • Strong English communication and ability to recognize and react to changing work demands

Physical Demands:

  • Hours/days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business
  • Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approx. 20 lbs.
