Sales and Customer Service Leader

At Stretch Zone - 1053, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our studio operations, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding member experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive membership sales by converting guests into members and retaining existing members through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
- Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to achieve daily and monthly sales goals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor studio performance and identify areas for improvement, working closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by encouraging add-on sessions and improving sales skills through ongoing training and development.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Leadership and coaching experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, Sales Associates, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
