Job Description

Congo Brands is a leading consumer product company that specializes in health and wellness products. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Inventory to join our team.

The Operations Manager, Inventory will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time. This individual will work closely with our warehouse, manufacturing, and transportation teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and efficient inventory records.
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to address bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Monitor logistics and maintain supply chain inventory and records.
  • Serve as the primary problem solver for day-to-day inventory related issues.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with top 3PLs and internal stakeholders to address inventory capacity levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing and Logistics teams to minimize out of stocks and effectively address order-related challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on essential metrics related to inventory capacity, health, and QA-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • Food, Beverage, and/or CPG strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects to support new business initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external customers.
