Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Facilities Manager to direct the running of our facilities during A shift at Buzzballz LLC. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for creating a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Directing facilities functions, implementing policies and safety procedures, engaging with vendors and contractors, minimizing hazards, and monitoring expenditure.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinating remodeling and refurbishment initiatives, testing equipment, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, coordinating relocations, and improving working conditions.
  • Equipment Management: Directing the management of company equipment, including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement, and safety assurance.
  • Record Management: Managing the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization, equipment, and tools.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience in managing the repair and maintenance of Electric Forklifts, Battery Maintenance, and Truck Fleet.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and broad knowledge of business functions.
  • Project Management Experience: Project management experience, understanding of technical aspects of the property, and support for day-to-day business operations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Good knowledge of regulations and laws.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, computer literacy, and electrical or trades background.
