About the Job

This Senior Geotechnical Project Manager role at AEC Talent Acquisition involves leading technical teams on complex projects in urban environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and preparing proposals and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and projects.
  • Manage and grow client relationships through regular communication and effective project delivery.
  • Prepare proposals and project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience and a BS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus), or seven years of relevant experience and a MS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus).
  • Professional Engineering Licensure is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, understanding of geotechnical engineering, and experience with geotechnical field work and construction earthwork are essential.
Salary and Benefits
