Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adecco US, Inc. in Ontario, OH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and support equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair production and support equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with production employees, maintenance staff, and managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all safety standards are maintained in the work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform job duties as required, including production duties when essential maintenance is not needed on machinery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-5 years of related experience and/or training with proven ability to properly maintain and clean facilities and grounds.
  • Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and ability to use floor buffer preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write short correspondence, and communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, and understanding of fractional and ratio units of measurements.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced production environment with regular exposure to chemicals, wet/dry work areas, and moderate to loud noise levels. The successful candidate will be required to work with others, wear appropriate PPE, and attend safety trainings.

Benefits

Adecco US, Inc. offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.50 to $21.50, as well as benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Paid leave, including sick leave and holiday pay, is also available.
