We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Beacon Communities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various skilled maintenance functions, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing of buildings and equipment.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Assist in the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working order.
  • Perform snow removal and grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing lawns and pruning trees and shrubs.
  • Assist in the maintenance of common areas, including cleaning and performing minor repairs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in maintenance and repair.
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
