Job Summary

The Lexington Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plastic extrusion lines and blown film machines. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair plastic extrusion lines and blown film machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment to prevent downtime and ensure quality production.
  • Work effectively with production and senior leadership to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following company guidelines and actively participating in all safety processes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and some weekends with possibility of on-call status.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical maintenance principles and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
