Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Summary:

Regional Medical Imaging is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct MRI scans according to established protocols and procedures
* Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and obtaining necessary information
* Operate MRI equipment, including adjusting settings and monitoring scans
* Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

* Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from a JRCERT accredited college or technical school
* One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology with advanced certification in MRI
* Certification in CPR and Blood Borne Pathogens

Work Environment:

* Well-lit, comfortable working environment
* High magnetic field area
* Possible exposure to patients with infectious diseases
* Possible exposure to hazardous materials

Physical Demands:

* Position may require pushing/pulling/lifting objects and people in excess of 50 pounds

Schedule:

* Part-time, non-exempt position
* Saturday and Sunday shifts, 7:00am - 7:00pm
