Estamos en busca de un Educador en Horticultura con experiencia para actuar como un Formador independiente. Te proporcionaremos la formación necesaria para convertirte en un contratista certificado por PlantRight, y luego utilizarás tu experiencia para educar y certificar a otros en nuestro programa de Garantía PlantRight, empoderando a las personas para cultivar plantas saludables y prósperas.

Disfruta de la flexibilidad para establecer tu propio horario. Tendrás la libertad de decidir cuántos cursos de formación deseas llevar a cabo cada mes. Actualmente, estamos buscando varios formadores para realizar capacitaciones presenciales en diferentes áreas.

Acerca del Programa:

El programa de Garantía PlantRight ofrece formación práctica de alta calidad, educación y certificación para asegurar que los participantes puedan cuidar de sus plantas con confianza. Como Formador, serás responsable de impartir sesiones de formación atractivas e informativas que inspiren y eduquen a nuestros aprendices, contribuyendo así a transformar la forma en que nuestra industria cultiva en el futuro.

  • Compensación: $65.00 por hora (Bilingüe en español e inglés)

Lo que buscamos:

  • Conocimiento Botánico: Comprensión profunda del crecimiento y respuesta de las plantas, especies comunes, propiedades del suelo, niveles de pH y requisitos nutricionales.
  • Técnicas de Cuidado de Plantas: Conocimiento funcional en riego, fertilización, poda, control de plagas, identificación y tratamiento de enfermedades, impactos climáticos en el crecimiento de las plantas, entre otros.
  • Habilidades de Enseñanza y Presentación: Capacidad para impartir sesiones de formación atractivas e informativas con habilidades sólidas de oratoria y comunicación clara.
  • Experiencia Práctica: Experiencia en jardinería, horticultura o agricultura, con experiencia en operaciones de plantación a pequeña y gran escala.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Familiaridad con herramientas y equipos de jardinería, conocimiento básico de tecnología moderna en horticultura (sensores de suelo, sistemas de riego) y capacidad para utilizar plataformas en línea para sesiones de formación virtual.
  • Atención al Cliente: Fuertes habilidades interpersonales con la capacidad de responder preguntas, brindar apoyo a los aprendices, adaptar métodos de enseñanza a diferentes estilos de aprendizaje y mostrar paciencia.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Preferido: Título en horticultura, botánica, agricultura, ciencias ambientales o un campo relacionado.
  • Requerido: Varios años de experiencia en un campo relevante (instalación y gestión de paisajes, horticultor, consultor agrícola, gerente de centro de jardinería) con un historial comprobado en la implementación de programas de cuidado y plantación de plantas.
