Senior Audio-Visual Program Engineer

The A/V Program Engineer for AV Services, Inc. will provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects - Global Technology Infrastructure. The successful A/V Program Engineer will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage Multimedia Engineers throughout the lifecycle of projects

• Facilitate effective communication amongst team members, ensuring clarity on project objectives

• Collaborate with various teams throughout the lifecycle of projects

• Manage budget and change control throughout the lifecycle of the project

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management

• Prepare and deliver presentations, status reports, and project updates as required

• Review final design for room types, quantities, and layouts

• Manage the standard process of onboarding and testing of all new products

• Collect and maintain all required documentation

• Perform audits, as required, to ensure deployment progress and quality are in line with standards

• Attend all weekly internal and external project and team meetings

• Keep the Engineer Project Tracker continuously up to date with current project status for the entire portfolio of work

• Meet all established milestones

**Job Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree

• 5-7 years' of Project Management experience

• 4 to 5 years' experience in AV field installations

• 3 years Managerial experience

• Agile experience preferred

• CTS Certified preferred

• Computer Skills - Word, PPT, Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, QSYS, AMX, etc.

• Full understanding of audio and video programs

• Ability to travel
