About the Role

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our crisis stabilization unit, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision and assist in crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized recovery plans
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
  • Valid California driver's license (preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting (or equivalent training)
