Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential land acquisitions that align with the company's strategic growth plans.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in negotiating land purchases and managing relationships with landowners.
  • Strong knowledge of BLM procedures and land laws.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential land acquisitions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior management.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the local real estate market, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
