Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Vimerse InfoTech Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on cold acquisition and developing new business opportunities in industrial verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business within client organizations through cold acquisition.
  • Identify and target potential business opportunities within various client divisions.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to prospective leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Present Vimerse InfoTech Inc.'s unique value proposition by developing a deep understanding of our service portfolio and consultatively presenting it to prospects.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare reports on account status, sales activities, and market analysis.
  • Stay updated with clients' evolving needs and new product and service offerings from Vimerse InfoTech Inc.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to build a network and represent Vimerse InfoTech Inc.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or comparable training, with an understanding of business development.
  • Proven work experience (3-5 years) in sales, specifically with a focus on IT solutions and cold acquisition.
  • Experience in dealing with large industrial companies is preferred.
  • Professional personality with a structured, solution-oriented way of working and team-orientation in a globally distributed work environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster meaningful relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
