We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to join our team at BluSky, a leading restoration company. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for construction project management. You will be responsible for managing site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site personnel and subcontractors to drive safety, quality, and productivity in the field
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA and environmental regulations
  • Oversee the contracting and subcontracting process to ensure all work is properly scoped and executed
  • Approve or reject invoices as necessary, communicating effectively with your project team
  • Properly project, record, and maintain all project costs on budget worksheets
  • Meet or improve upon revenue and profit margin goals as defined by BluSky
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Skilled in construction project management, financials, processes, and administration
  • OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $75,000, plus commission and comprehensive benefits. This position also comes with an auto allowance, fuel card, expense account, company laptop, cell phone, and company apparel. Our benefits package includes health insurance plans (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with guaranteed match, paid holidays, and three weeks of PTO (Paid Time Off).

Please note that the estimated salary range for this role is between $65,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.
