Drywall Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Estimator to join our dynamic team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries. As a Senior Drywall Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost assessments and project proposals for various drywall-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal stud framing, drywall systems, and associated materials.

• Prepare detailed estimates for projects involving metal stud framing and drywall systems, both interior and exterior.
• Assess costs for lath and plaster applications, scaffolding, waterproofing, and acoustical ceilings.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to develop comprehensive project budgets.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to provide accurate and timely estimates.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Review and adjust estimates as necessary based on project changes or client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• 5 years of drywall estimating experience
• Experience leading a team

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k with match, and annual bonus.
