Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at the corporate office in Yardley. As a key member of our IT network and support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of our firewall solutions, cloud infrastructure, Exchange environment, and EDI operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructures, leveraging Cisco technologies, including routers and switches, in a fully converged WAN data network with primary DMVPN and Cellular backup connections.
  • Server Infrastructure: Configure and administer physical and virtual servers using iLO, iDRAC, Hyper-V, and VMWare, with a strong understanding of design and administration of merged physical and virtual server environments.
  • Active Directory: Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units within an Active Directory environment, with experience in designing and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for centralized management and configuration of network resources.
  • Certificate Services: Implement and manage Certificate Services, including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, SSL/TLS certificates, and security protocols such as HTTPS and TLS.
  • Cloud Services: Experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying and managing cloud services, virtual machines, and storage solutions, with a strong understanding of Azure security features and compliance standards.
  • Cybersecurity: Design and implement secure network architectures, incorporating firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs, with a focus on incident response and management, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): Develop and enforce IAM policies, ensuring that access controls are aligned with the principle of least privilege, with experience in implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance the security of user authentication processes.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards applicable to a large global corporation, with experience in participating in internal cybersecurity audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: College degree in a related field and/or 8-10 years equivalent work experience dealing with IT vendors and network providers, with certifications in IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and Cisco technologies a plus.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Working technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Cisco routers/switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Avaya Aura systems, with proficiency in managing a fully converged WAN data network using Meraki SD-WAN infrastructure.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to conduct research into IT issues and products as required.
