About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking customers in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process moderate to high levels of consumer inquiries via telephone and email correspondence.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, specifications, and recommended uses of Columbia Sportswear and Sorel apparel and footwear.
  • Display a positive attitude toward the Consumer Services Team by maintaining professionalism, respect, courtesy, and support to others.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operation of the organization.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Proficient Spanish and English speaking and writing skills.
  • Preferred 1-year experience in a Spanish-English Bilingual position.
  • A minimum of one-year of call center experience required.
