Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Responsible for overseeing data entry processes and ensuring accuracy in inventory management systems. Monitor staff performance and compliance with established procedures, maintaining thorough documentation.
- Vendor Sourcing: Uphold the principles of the Agency's SWAM Procurement Plan, ensuring all procurement activities align with relevant laws and policies. Complete necessary training to support these initiatives.
- Budget Development: Assist in the formulation and management of residency budgets, providing support to maintenance staff in planning and financial management.
- Emergency Operations Coordination: Organize business support operations during emergencies, ensuring readiness and compliance with established protocols.
- Financial Oversight: Supervise daily financial transactions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Procurement Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities are standardized and compliant with residency-wide policies, facilitating effective resource management.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor business support and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of financial management, auditing, and inventory practices.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing operations.
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
