This role will involve establishing an effective means of contract retention, tracking key milestones, and ensuring the overall integration of proper contracting practices across a diverse organization. You will work closely with our Contracts team and other areas of the commercial business operations team to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage corporate commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and other contracts-related documents.
  • Develop and implement effective contract retention strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Track key milestones and deadlines for contract-related activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate contracting practices and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in contract administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and contract-related activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements.
  • Industry or Government contracts certifications (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, etc.).
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of Pricing, Finance, or Accounting principles.
  • Experience in Vendor/Subcontractor Management.
