The Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a Team Leader for our Early Psychosis Program, RISE. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight of all care provided by the RISE team.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the RISE Director, conducting intakes, evaluations, and referrals for adults and/or families with early psychosis, and providing treatment to patients in the program.

You will work collaboratively in a team setting, participate in teaching opportunities, and have the possibility of supervising interns and fellows.

We are looking for a clinician with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with psychotic patients, preferably with familiarity or training in the Navigate Model of Care for First Episode Psychosis.
