Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Strategic People Leader. This role will serve as the primary HR partner for our Technology and Operations client groups, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify workforce planning needs, talent development opportunities, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Design and execute HR programs that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide first-line support for complex employee relations issues and guide HRBPs and leaders on conflict resolution and workplace best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering, talent management, staffing, people analytics, and team leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience partnering with an engineering or technology client group in a multi-state or geographically dispersed arrangement.
