Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager in the semiconductor industry. This is a sales-focused position that requires leveraging a chemistry or chemical engineering background to create and close new opportunities while managing an existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical solutions by thoroughly understanding application needs and parent company capabilities.
- Influence partners to support the final objective through technical expertise and strong business acumen.
- Work closely with engineering teams to optimize offerings through the sample, evaluation, and feedback loop.
- Coordinate product specification development and delivery of sample materials that accommodate customer and parent company R&D timelines.
- Act as liaison between the customer, internal departments, and parent company to sell products, align priorities, and guide product development.
- Create and foster a positive team-focused environment by encouraging collaboration, facilitating trust, and supporting the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or engineering.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a semiconductor environment.
- Sales experience with semiconductor packaging material, processes, or equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and valid passport or ability to obtain a valid passport.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in fluent English.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
This is a work-from-home position that may occasionally require time spent outside, in a cold storage facility, or extended travel to domestic or international destinations. Work involves the selling of non-hazardous and toxic/caustic chemicals. While no contact with any such substances is anticipated, odors, fumes, and gases may be encountered during customer visits.
Trade show booth management may occasionally introduce electrical, mechanical, or height hazards.
