About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at MVP Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate staffing models to ensure optimal team performance and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate staffing models to ensure optimal team performance and resource allocation.
  • Participate in and occasionally coordinate audit-related activities with Internal Audit, Internal Compliance, or representatives from State and Federal Governments or Commercial Groups.
  • Reconcile enrollment data with State-Based entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Draft and update policies and procedures in response to new or evolving requirements and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with Premium Billing resources to ensure seamless premium billing, termination, and reinstatement practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment operations, healthcare administration, or a related area within the healthcare sector.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a health insurance environment.
  • Experience in managing enrollment operations within a healthcare or health plan setting.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing enrollment processes and embracing technological advancements.
  • Expertise with Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA marketplace enrollment procedures and regulations.
