CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a skilled Appliance Delivery Installer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing laundry and air vending equipment to customers and clients in our assigned service area.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and install laundry and air equipment to customer's homes and client locations
- Deliver and install ancillary technology, such as card readers and digital enhancements
- Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or repair/replace washers, dryers, and/or air machines
- Prepare equipment for delivery, including assembling required parts prior to loading on trucks
- Instruct customers and/or clients on how to operate equipment safely and effectively
- Load and unload equipment using a 2-wheeled hand cart for support, ease, and safety
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- DOT Certification is a plus
- 1 year of job-related experience in delivery and installation (preferred), with training provided
- Mechanical and maintenance experience/knowledge
- Experience driving box trucks
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs in various environmental conditions
- Knowledge of computers and smartphone technology
- Troubleshooting skills
- Route driving experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
