Endoscopy Nurse Specialist Part Time

**Job Summary**
As an Endoscopy Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervising a team of staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. You will also be accountable for ensuring the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, assessing, planning, and implementing care as needed.
- Supervise staff and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing, promoting effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Requirements**
- A graduate of a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a registered nurse in the state of practice or policy.
- CPR certification.
