Customer Service Representative - Track & Trace

Position Overview:

We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who possess a genuine passion for assisting others to become part of our dynamic Customer Service team. Our organization thrives on entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging and supporting innovative ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers and address their inquiries through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Monitor and trace a high volume of customer orders.
  3. Input, update, and manage customer orders across multiple platforms.
  4. Ensure compliance with daily delivery schedules and guarantee that all required documentation is accurately submitted to the head office.
  5. Resolve client complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  6. Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
  7. Convey specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers while keeping customers well-informed.
  8. Investigate and rectify all transactional issues to ensure timely reconciliation of reporting.
  9. Foster cooperative working relationships among team members and internal staff.

Qualifications:

A college diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain sector is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to learn new software and systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong prioritization, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to evolving rules, regulations, and procedures.
