Unlocking Customer Insights for Better Healthcare
The Cigna Group is committed to enhancing the lives of its clients, customers, and patients. As a Voice of the Customer (VoC) Data Scientist for Evernorth Health Services, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform customer experiences. Conduct analysis that will assist leaders in answering business questions, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, and measuring levels of success when changes are made.

This role involves utilizing predictive modeling and other statistical techniques as needed to address key business questions. You will use speech analytics, text analytics, survey data, and more to uncover and analyze opportunities for customer experience improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, including strong leadership qualities, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. A BA degree minimum; advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize predictive modeling and other statistical techniques as needed to address key business questions
• Use speech analytics, text analytics, survey data, and more to uncover and analyze opportunities for customer experience improvement
• Present data and insights in a visually engaging manner
• Collaborate extensively across all levels of the organization and multiple functional areas to drive strategic business impact

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for this role.
