As a Voice of the Customer (VoC) Data Scientist for Evernorth Health Services at The Cigna Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights that improve customer experiences. With a strong focus on data analysis and presentation, you will uncover opportunities for improvement and drive strategic business impact.

The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position requires 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.
  • A BA degree is the minimum requirement, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • You should have strong leadership qualities, including a strong customer focus and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as proficiency with BI and Office tools.

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

You will conduct analysis to assist leaders in answering business questions, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, and measuring levels of success when changes are made.

You will effectively present findings and recommendations and interact closely with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration groups.
