Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using a range of technologies, including React, Angular, and Spring framework.
- Collaborate with technical and business leaders to acquire and understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, ensuring high-quality, well-documented, and easily maintainable code.
- Work with multiple teams to resolve production issues and perform problem analysis.
- Mentor junior software engineers and assign and review tasks.
- Participate in conducting new hire interviews and influence the discovery and decision-making process when changes to standards and technology are required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent years of software development experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in technologies such as React, Angular, and Spring framework.
- Knowledge of technical project management, industry-wide technology strategies, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
