- Conduct precise analyses to support investigations.
Timely Completion of Investigations:
- Independently meet deadlines while ensuring investigations remain focused and targeted.
- Identify and escalate issues requiring re-prioritization.
- Engage in case discussions and meetings to foster collaboration.
- Deliver high-quality work products that require minimal revisions.
Collaboration with Legal Staff:
- Provide clear and accurate written findings to legal staff, ensuring alignment with evidence.
- Partner with legal personnel to develop and execute comprehensive investigative plans.
- Present and discuss findings with legal staff to ensure thorough understanding.
- Offer insights from industry experience to assist in evaluating the sufficiency of evidence.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in broker-dealer compliance, financial audits, or related investigations.
- Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the securities industry.
- Proficiency in using standard office software applications.
Work Environment:
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as needed.
