Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team at HALO. As an Assembly Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for packaging packets and boxes based on information received from warehouse sheets while ensuring the accuracy of packaging lists and items included in shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret warehouse sheets to produce packets and magic boxes
  • Survey materials prior to assembly to ensure all supplies meet minimum approved inspection standards
  • Use Excel spreadsheets to track kitting projects and update as needed
  • Request additional materials when damages or shortages are identified
  • Work within a group setting to distribute assembly responsibilities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Interface with Team Lead to ensure inaccuracies and inequities are addressed and resolved
  • Responsible for proper maintenance of work area
  • Ensure accuracy of packing list and items included in shipment
  • Notify Team Lead and/or Supervisor upon project completion
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Prior warehouse and shipping experience preferred
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data
  • Good judgement and be proactive under challenging circumstances
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • Work well in a collaborative team environment
