Autism Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Able Autism Therapy Services LLC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of patients with autism, up to the age of 18. Your primary focus will be on programmatic oversight of patients and their families, as well as clinical oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), RBT Fellows, and Trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources and as needed based on data analyses. Develop behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans/programming; revise as required by funding sources and as needed based on data analyses.
- Training and Supervision: Provide training and supervision to RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers. Complete RBT competency assessments and reassessments, ensure supervision hours meet BACB requirements, and provide continued competence and professional growth during weekly consultations.
- Patient and Family Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families throughout the course of treatment. Complete regularly scheduled parent trainings, identify touchpoints for collaboration, and review progress and development of individualized treatment plans.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Certified and maintain credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA in good standing.
- Holds necessary payor credentialing requirements in the State of Georgia.
- Meets BACB supervision requirements.
- Must have experience conducting skills assessments, functional behavior assessments, program writing, data analysis, and creating behavior intervention plans.
Additional Requirements:
- Obtain and possess current CPR/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years.
Physical Demands:
- Full physical dexterity/agility or ability to independently position self and perform all movements required.
- Sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (up to 50 lbs).
