Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Gong. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market space.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant closing experience in addition to outbound SDR/BDR experience. Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with clear examples of closing deals $50-$250K, is highly preferred. You should be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities- Manage prospects from lead to close

- Maintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve quota quarterly
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual OTE of $160,000 - $210,000 USD. The total compensation package may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
