Position Overview:

Compensation and Benefits:
Total compensation pay range of $28-36 based on experience.
Shift differential of $1.
Sign-on bonus of $3000.
Quarterly safety bonus opportunities.
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
Benefits commence on DAY ONE.

A qualified candidate is a dependable and self-motivated individual focused on completing assigned tasks. You possess the ability to safely troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in machinery while adhering to company policies. Flexibility in your schedule is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
The Trulite Electrical and Mechanical Specialist will:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machinery within the facility using CMMS software to track PMs and work orders.
- Engage in the repair and maintenance of electronic power generation equipment and control systems for electric-power utilities.
- Utilize your knowledge to resolve problems and recommend improvements involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, residential, or plant environments.
- High school diploma and/or vocational training.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics with at least 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with 480v 3 phase, 270v, 110v, and 24v systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
- Experience in the glass industry is advantageous.
- Proficient use of a multimeter.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical issues.
- Knowledge of VFD programming and PLC controls.
- Understanding of potentiometers, servos, drives, and encoders.
