Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Support
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers, including distributors, OEMs, and other domestic clients.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (managers, sales reps, warehouse staff).

Requirements
