Your Role:
As an Audiologist at our Tacoma clinic, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care to our service members. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their ongoing health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Audiologist, you will:

  • Conduct a variety of auditory assessments to evaluate the nature and extent of hearing impairments.
  • Analyze test outcomes in conjunction with behavioral and medical histories to ascertain the causes of hearing loss.
  • Utilize advanced software and electronic medical records to document findings and maintain patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $170,000, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, available from day one.

Work Environment:
This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility may be required for occasional weekend or evening coverage.

Support and Resources:
You will have access to a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, to facilitate your clinical responsibilities. Additionally, we cover licensing, malpractice insurance, and continuing medical education costs.
