We are seeking an Audiologist to join our team at QTC Management in Tacoma, WA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service members receive the best possible care.

The Audiologist will be responsible for administering and interpreting various tests to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment. This includes air and bone conduction tests, speech reception and discrimination tests, and evaluating the site of damage and its effects on comprehension and speech.

You will also be responsible for evaluating test results in relation to behavioral, social, educational, and medical record reviews. This will involve determining the likely cause of hearing loss, stating the prognosis, and addressing issues related to hearing loss and tinnitus.

In addition, you will operate computerized programs and utilize application software and databases to enter, modify, and access information in electronic medical records. You will also use report writing formats to document patient information.

Maintaining patient confidentiality is essential in this role, and you will be expected to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Audiology or related field
  • Current licensure as an Audiologist in the state of Washington
  • Experience working with electronic medical records and report writing software
