Job Description:
This full-time position requires a skilled LPN or RN to provide direct patient nursing care at our extended care facility treating those with substance use disorders. Key responsibilities include administering medications, carrying out prescribed therapeutic treatments, documenting nursing observations, and participating in patient care planning. You will also be responsible for providing patient education, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring timely completion of employee health duties.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current state licensure as a registered or practical nurse and possess CPR Certification. A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing is also essential. While prior experience in the nursing field is preferred, we welcome applications from qualified candidates looking to join our team.
