About the Opportunity

Care Options for Kids is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Specialist in Pediatric Care. As a member of our care team, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, working closely with families to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence and well-being.

**Responsibilities: **

  • Providing individualized nursing care to children with complex medical needs
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Administering medications and performing routine trach and g-tube care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and care provided

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN/RN License or Multistate License
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
