Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect Project Manager

Halff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect Project Manager to join our team in the Richardson, Texas office. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with landscape architects, planners, engineers, and other professionals to provide management on a wide range of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design teams, consultants, and clients through all design stages from concept to construction
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture
  • Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously
  • Anticipate client needs and communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Have excellent design skills and be proficient with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
  • Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect
  • 10+ years of experience as a Professional Landscape Architect
  • Familiarity with preparing proposal/scope of work documents and associated fees
  • Ability to travel periodically to support project needs
