Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all demolition operations on construction sites, ensuring timely and safe project completion.
  • Manage and supervise demolition teams, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped for their tasks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient demolition activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all activities remain within financial constraints.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of demolition techniques and equipment, particularly in concrete, road, and highway construction.
