Project Manager

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee challenging and rewarding projects in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all plumbing installations meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Identify potential issues and obstacles early in the project, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings.
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, overseeing performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Procore (preferred)
  • Experience with project scopes ranging from $1M to $10M
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial construction
  • Familiarity with mechanical equipment, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
