Job Title: Market Researcher

Join NielsenIQ, the world's leading consumer intelligence company, as a Market Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting households to participate in the Nielsen Consumer Panel. Your primary goal will be to maintain an assigned number of households to achieve weekly transmissions and quality data of all the brands included in the covered product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit statistically selected eligible homes within an area, without an appointment
  • Visit selected homes, within a designated territory, to educate panelists on proper scanner usage and the importance of scanning all products
  • Adhere to Nielsen methodology and follow policies and procedures
  • Persuade and educate households while overcoming objectives, maximizing panel participation and building rapport
  • Effectively communicate incentive and reward potentials to panelists, as well as address panelists' questions that may arise throughout participation

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Strong customer service and human relations skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work various hours (evenings and weekends and holidays)
  • Strong computer skills
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Willing and able to be outside in all weather conditions going door-to-door to people's homes– including, but not limited to single-family homes, townhouses, mobile homes, condominiums and apartments

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: 42,000.00-45,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
