Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and staff, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
