Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow:

About: We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site support at a partnering educational institution.

The ideal candidate is someone who is committed to delivering high-quality care and therapy tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.


Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver full-time speech therapy services within a school setting, Monday through Friday
- Provide both push-in and pull-out therapy services
- Conduct thorough assessments and analyze results to identify strengths and areas needing improvement in speech and language
- Collaborate with educators and other service providers to develop and implement effective strategies that promote student success
- Document and track therapy minutes as mandated in each student's IEP
- Maintain accurate records related to student progress and goal achievement
- Offer support to IEP team members and caregivers in the realm of speech and language development

Qualifications:


- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings working with school-aged children
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
