As an SLP at Soliant Health, you will have a significant role in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing customized interventions to enhance students' speech and language skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address each student's specific requirements.
  • Lead therapy sessions and focused interventions to enhance students' communication abilities.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a coordinated approach to student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student advancement, evaluations, and treatment strategies.
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expert input to student education plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Maryland state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
  • Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Prior experience in a school environment or with children's populations is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
