Position Overview:

AnthroMed Education is looking for a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to provide on-site support at a partnering educational institution.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional committed to delivering exceptional care and therapy tailored to meet the needs of students.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time support to a school from Monday to Friday
- Deliver both push-in and pull-out therapy services
- Conduct assessments and evaluate results to identify strengths and areas needing improvement in speech and language
- Collaborate with educators and other service providers to implement strategies that foster student success
- Document and provide direct/consultative therapy minutes as required by each student's IEP
- Maintain accurate records related to student files and goal tracking
- Offer support to IEP team members and caregivers in the domain of speech and language development

Qualifications:
- Experience in school-based settings and/or working with pediatric populations
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Maryland SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
